Short Term Goals

I.     Website Traffic

The Tapping Tapir would like to change their business model from B2B to B2C, hence they would like to drive traffic to their website and make more people to understand the brand and the products. Additionally, it will help increase the sales as well.

 

II.     Raise Awareness

Since being in the industry since the year 2013, The Tapping Tapir has established a strong foundation. However, the brand still intends to raise their brand awareness through their social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), in hopes of gaining new customers as well as increased brand engagement.

 

Long Term Goals

I.    New Products

The Tapping Tapir plans to introduce new products in the future in order to maintain consumer interest and gain new customers.

 

II.     Expand to other countries

Having being based in Malaysian and securing a spot in Singapore, The Tapping Tapir intends to go international with their brand to reach out to more customers and increase their consumer base.
